I know it’s weird buying online, but I got you covered. All purchases have a 7-day period where you can return for any reason at no cost to you!
The Full Details
Online purchases have a 7-day try-on period from the date the dress is received. During these seven days, the dress can be returned for any reason at no cost to you.
For returns, contact me for postage and instructions. Exclusions apply, for example, if the item has been damaged in your care or any alterations have been made. All packing items sent with the order must also be returned for a full refund.
Once the seven days have passed, the dress sale is final.
This no-cost return policy is only for first-time buyers. If you have returned an item prior, your second order return is subject to a restocking fee, and return postage is not covered.
The cost of the item will be refunded once the item arrives back with me.
During Your Try-On Period
If you need any alterations, I suggest meeting with your local tailor to get an idea of the cost and feasibility of the alteration.
This is also a great time to test the dress under different lighting conditions. Lighting has a massive effect on color. If your venue or photos will be outside, put down a sheet to protect the gown and take it out! See how it looks in direct sun, shade, and indoor lighting.
This is also an excellent time to have a little get-together and dress opening party so you don’t miss out on some of the bridal shopping fun!
